10-Day Right to Return We stand behind the performance of every product we sell. If ever a product doesn't meet your expectations, we will gladly replace it, or refund your money. No longer than 10 days after you receive a product, you can return for replacement, or refund. Full refund will be issued only when the return items are still unpacked and you receive the wrong item or are missing an item from your order; we do not accept returns on opened and used items. Shipping cost cannot be refunded! Defective Items We apologize in advance on behalf of the manufacturer for any defective items you may receive. Please understand that defects do occur occasionally, and manufacturers insist on handling defects directly to insure quality improvements. We know how frustrating this can be, and we want to help you quickly receive a working product. Defective item is an item that arrives undamaged in shipping, but unable to function properly. If you receive a defective item simply call the manufacturer for help. If you are unable to locate the manufacturer contact information you may send email to info @ ASEANExport.com and we will help you out. Please note that you must return all packaging, manuals, and items included in the original product box to the manufacturer, along with your packing slip and a details explanation of the defect.

Please Note:

Items returned to us without RMA# will be refused. Items returned to us with an RMA# must be received in a timeframe of the RMA insurance, and will be refunded appropriately within 10 business days. Please allow up to two billing cycles for your refund to appear on your credit card statement. A return item with damage caused by you will receive at most 20% refund, will immediately be discarded, Attempting to do a credit card chargeback in a return not compliance with our policies will incur an administrative fee of $50 per chargeback. We are not responsible for shipping charges or return shipping charges on defective or return items unless you receive the wrong item or are missing an item from your order.

To process a return:

• You must keep an original packing slip. Please fax your packing slip to our office
  at 480 247 4075 and a reason for refund or exchange.
• We will process your request and give you RMA#, after we receive your fax.
• 15% restocking fee will be charged for most return items. Also, shipping cost cannot
  be refunded. Buyers are responsible to pay for the postage shipping back to us.
• Because of size constraints, please include signature delivery confirmation.
  We are not responsible for lost and damage for any returned packages.
